Norwegian Outlet owners are Glastad Farsund AS and Fortus AS. Glastad Farsund AS is a privately held investment company with a main focus on property and shipping investments. Fortus AS is a company owned by Ådne Søndrål and  Trond Vegar Brattlie and is a and is a company focusing on retail property deleopment. The owners have initiated and led the development of Norwegian Outlet and is still operational in the company.

Ådne Søndrål has a Master of Management from BI Oslo, and a PMD from Harvard Business School in Boston, USA. He was one of the initiators of Argentum, the biggest funds in the Norwegian private equity market and has worked in the corporate division of First Securities as a senior advisor. Søndrål worked with the management and development as CEO by Vestlia Resort in Geilo. Søndrål is also the TV commentator for NRK and is a member of the IOC Marketing Committee.

Trond Vegar Brattli is a graduate from the Norwegian School of Economics / Cornell University. He also higher auditor study from the Norwegian School and is a certified auditor. Moreover, he has higher department study from the same place. Brattli has been a research fellow at the Norwegian School of Economics, consultant at Coopers & Lybrand, senior associate with professional responsibility for the valuation of Arthur Andersen & Co. He has extensive experience in the securities industry as a senior advisor in the First Securities, Corporate Finance and Managing Director, initiator and co-owner, Castelar Corporate Finance.

Change Glastad is CEO of Green House, the Glastad family's holding company, a company that invests in real estate, shipping, listed companies and venture capital initiatives. Glastad has a Master of Business and Economics from NHH in Norway. Glastad has worked as ship broker in Seascope, investment adviser at Carnegie, and as an independent investor. Glastad is a board member of several Norwegian companies.
